Peters, Treacy Building Inc., under Section 4.4.4.2 <br />to allow for buildings for human occupant on the property <br />located at 5B Day State Road, assessors' *`dap 95, Lot 5, Reading, <br />MIA on the basis that he requirements of Section 4.4.4.2 have <br />been met as evi:dence& by a CPDC _memo dated 3-17-92, a Board <br />of T'_Fealth memo dated 3- 1 3-92, a memo from the ~ Engineer <br />_ f. the , Town a iricer <br />dated 3-1 2-92 g and determination from the Conservation <br />Commission dated 12-18-91.
