M. Longo, and George A. Latham also state that the applicant proposes to construct <br />five new dwellings within a small subdivision on the property. <br />The subdivision 'JrJL?ld result in six lots. Both Boards have found that the land is not subject <br />to flooding and that it is suitable for human occupancy. He <br />also stated that the Conservation Commission had issued a <br />negative determination. <br />%r. Latham also stated that the use of the land would not be <br />detrimental to the ")ubl?c health, safety and welfare.
