RH moved that condition 13C of the Special Permit in accordance with the letter dated <br />August 1St for Walkers Brook Crossing be modified to reflect the following conditions: <br />1. Notice to abutters and Reading Police Dept. at least 24 hours prior to the 1St <br />delivery of fill. <br />2. Period of waiver from this condition is to be for no more that 5 weekday nites <br />between August 7th and August 21, 2003. <br />NS seconded the motion. All in favor 4-0. <br />Appeal - 8 Walkers Brook Drive <br />The complaint was in the commission packets re: the site plan approval. <br />CR told the commissioners that Town Counsel was away on vacation and would be <br />awaiting comments when she returns. <br />RH questioned whether the Appeal was filed within the required Appeal period. <br />From conversations with Town Counsel CR indicated that his understanding is the <br />complaint is wholly without merit. <br />Nothing is required from the Board. <br />Site Plan Review <br />Continuation of discussion of procedures, need extensive review. CR asked commission <br />to go over documents and review them and get back to him with their comments. It was <br />discussed to keep this on the Agenda under Administrative Review. RH passed out <br />packets he had from a seminar he had attended. The commission decided this should be <br />talked about further at future meetings. <br />CPDC Reorganization <br />Nominations were discussed. <br />RH moved to nominate SD as new chairman, JB seconded. RH moved to close <br />nominations, JB seconded. <br />JB moved to elect SD as chairman RH seconded. All in favor 5-0-0 <br />RH moved to pledge NS as secretary, SD seconded, RH moved to close nominations, SD <br />seconded. <br />JB moved to elect NS as Secretary, SD seconded. All in favor 5-0-0 <br />8:30 PM INWOOD - WOBURN PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT PRESENTATION <br />(see Attachment "Alternative Development"): <br />Bill Burgeron, Hayes Engineering, Bill Yetman, Howland Development and Joseph <br />Tarby, Counsel were present. <br />This proposed project is located at Inwood Office Park on the Reading Town Line. It has <br />approval from other boards. The principal reason for coming before CPDC is because <br />there is an Article before the City Counsel in Woburn to change the zoning of this <br />project. The present owner is Saticoy Inwood LLC. <br />The project is for 527 apartments 1/3 will be 1 bedroom, 2/3 will be 2 bedroom.
