<br />There being a'quorum, the Chair called the meeting to order at 7:30PM..
<br />Public Hearing (continued): Definitive Subdivision
<br />Deer Run Developers, Inc., 150-166 Wakefield Street
<br />Proposed definitive subdivision for 8 lots in the 5-20 zoning district.
<br />(Action date: September 30, 2005)
<br />JS opened the public hearing and explained how it would proceed. He said that this is a
<br />- new package with new plans. He noted that a Draft Decision had been provided to the
<br />applicant and posted to the Planning Board's website. Attorney Brad Latham represented
<br />the applicant. Architect John Ogren explained the technical details of the applicant's plan.
