Cell to Order <br />Chair Wise called open session order at 7:00p.m. and reviewed the agenda. <br />A. Public Input <br />Mr. Wise called for public comment. <br />Chris Haley, 71 Tennyson Rd. <br />Mr. Haley read a prepared statement. He stated he met with On Milaschewski and he <br />believes that he has the children's education, and safety as the utmost priority. Mr. Haley <br />welcomed Dr. Milaschewski to the town of Reading. <br />B. Consent Agenda <br />Mr. Brandt moved second by Mr. Robinson to approve the consent agenda as <br />listed. The roll call vote carried 6-0. Mr. Brandt, Mrs. Gaffen, Ms. McLaughlin, <br />Mrs. Namaro, Mr. Robinson, and Mr. Wise. <br />C. Reverts <br />Mr. LeLacheur announced that the General Washington Apartments located at 625 Main <br />Street were being evacuated. The building had a flood in basement which took out power <br />and was not safe for residents to stay in the building. He stated that Red Cross was on the <br />way. He stated that housing would be provided for tonight for the residents of 39 <br />apartments within the building. Mr. LeLacheur asked the public to keep an eye on the <br />Page I 1 <br />
