Paving - There are some areas not included in the modernization <br />contract that should be paved: new driveway to back maintenanc <br />garage, new walkway to office and new sidewalk ramp at the building. <br />Upon a motion duly made by Ms. Galvin and seconded by Mr. Reyn lds, <br />it was unanimously <br />VOTED: To authorize the paving work to the company submitting <br />the lowest price. <br />The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote <br />in effect. <br />Budget Revisions - 667 and 705 <br />The Board reviewed the budget revisions as submitted by the Fe <br />Accountant to the Executive Director. Upon a motion duly made <br />by Ms. Galvin and seconded by Mr. Reynolds, it was unanimously <br />VOTED: To approve the following transfers from the State budg t <br />for FY '89: <br />667 - To move $900 from materials and supplies and $1120 from <br />contract costs and appropriate the amount of $370 to cover leg 1 <br />costs and $1600 for insurance; <br />705 - to move $520 from contract costs and appropriate the sum <br />of $100 to administrative other costs, $300 for materials and <br />supplies and $120 for insurance. <br />The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote <br />in effect. <br />Sinale Audit Report - FY 188 <br />The Board reviewed the report from Martin, LaMarca for the sin le <br />audit for the fiscal year 1988. Upon a motion duly made by Mr. <br />McIsaac and seconded by Ms. Galvin, it was unanimously <br />VOTED: To accept the Single Audit Report submitted by Martin, <br />LaMarca & Company of Weymouth, Massachusetts for the Reading <br />Housing Authority for fiscal year 1988. <br />The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote <br />in effect. <br />
