- Executive Director requested approval to expend up to $30,000 to purchase a maintenance vehicle in <br />' advance of budget approval. This new vehicle will replace an older truck that has been taken off the <br />road. Four bids were submitted to the RHA for consideration and the Board accepted the low bid from <br />Lannon Chevrolet of Woburn, MA. <br />An agreement prepared by the Town of Reading pertaining to Cedar Glen, a subsidized development in <br />Reading, was presented to the Board for R14A approval. The Reading Housing Authority has a Limited <br />Waiver of Right of First Refusal in this regard. Timothy Kelley reviewed the document, discussed the <br />details with Board and its relevance to the RHA. Upon completion of that discussion, the Board did <br />authorize the Executive Director to sign multiple copies of the agreement and forward to the Town <br />Manager as requested. <br />Real Estate Matter: <br />- A Certificate of Vote and Incumbency to be recorded with the deed on sale of 11 Grand Street <br />was prepared by RHA legal counsel Brad Latham and presented for signature of Char and board <br />vote by Executive Director. Document will be forwarded to Mr. Latham prior to scheduled sale <br />on October 6, 2010.
