He will also Lend the State Department Exec <br />the Supalemental Environmental Impact Statement (SEIS) to the co . Ray <br />may join Ron in the presentation. We will decide whether or not to support the <br />presentation at our next meeting. <br />Laurie Ann gave us a preview of our PP presentation to the Selectmen on March 181H <br />She has done a great job on the project and is near completion. The committee <br />worked on priontizin our ro'ect slide for this year. This list will be one of the final <br />slides of the PP. , the town manager's <br />administrator, and. to hw; c�mmitt at least one week in advance of the <br />presentation. The last slide will publicize our Earth Day event on April 5tH <br />We will also give our Adaptation Report to the selectmen at the conclusion of our <br />presentation. We will agree to meet with them after they read the report. At that <br />meeting, we could determine if the selectmen would like the climate committee to <br />work on several recommendations from the report. <br />The committee discussed the possibility of an electric car charging station at the <br />depot or at one of the town parking lots and the south Main project that would <br />include bike lanes and trees. <br />Page i 1 <br />
