I. Call to Order
Chairperson Caruso called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
II. Executive Session
Mrs. Gibbs moved, seconded by Mrs. Janowski, to enter into Executive
Session to discuss strateap with respect to litigation and not to reconvene to
open session. The roll call vote was 4-0. Mr. Caruso, Mrs. Janowski, Mr.
Croft and Mrs. Gibbs.
The committee moved to Executive Session at 7:00 p.m.
