Corp., 1266 Furnace Brook Pkwy, Quincy, MA There being a quorum the Chair called the meeting to order at 7:40 PM. Public Comment None. Request for Waiver from Site Plan Review: 26 Walkers Brook Drive, O Yes, Japanese Restaurant Representing the applicant, KOK, Inc. was Mr. Wan Feng Ye, and attorney Wei Jai. Representing Dickinson Development was Ms. Taryn Warren. This will be a full restaurant not a cafe. The only exterior work will be new sign and awnings. The awnings will not be sign awnings. The applicant is not looking for approval of signage tonight. The restaurant will contain approximately 20% more seating than the previous tenant (i.e. Bear Rock Cafe) and the Board did not consider this to be an issue because there is adequate parking on the site today, but the Board noted for the record that as the site gains new tenants the site's parking requirements would be checked against available spaces. DT moved the Board determine the work described in the submitted plan is eligible for a waiver from site plan review. JP seconded and the motion was carried 4:0:0.
