Coolidge School Council Minutes 26 April 1994 The meeting was called to order by Roy Welsch at 7:15 PM on April 26, 1994 in the Arthur W. Coolidge Middle School Media Center. Attending: Debbie Reinemann, Marjorie Pacino, Peter Hichborn, Carol Perletz, Al Lahood, Roy Welsch, Larry Chomsky Minutes by: Larry Chomsky Minutes of April 14, 1994 were approved as written. • Al Lahood shared School Improvement Plans from Barrows, Birch Meadow, and the High School. The Council reviewed the latest draft of the Coolidge School Improvement Plan and agreed on the final revisions. Addition of a Table of Contents and a summary of the 1994 - 1995 School Goals were approved. Peter Hichborn (Faculty Representative), and Roy Welsch (Parent Representative) were designated by the Council to be the presenters of the Coolidge School Improvement Plan to the Reading School Committee on May 9. Dates of Note: • Monday, May 2. Coolidge School Improvement Plan to be submitted to the Reading School Committee. • Monday, May 9, 7:00 PM Formal presentation of Coolidge School Improvement Plan to the Reading School Committee. The meeting was adjourned at 9:15 P.M.
