IN ATTENDANCE MR ROBERT I. NORDSTRAND, MR RALPH A. COLORUSSO, MR FRED A. MCGRANE & MR WILLIAM BOATWRIGHT. 1. APPOINTMENTS.-NONE 2. MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING/S MARCH 1, 2011- APPROVED 3-0 AS AMENDED 3. TOWN APPRAISER'S REPORT MR. BOATWRIGHT INFORMED THE BOARD THAT ANECTDOTAL INFORMATION RECEIVED BY HIM FROM A THIRD PARTY REVEALS THAT INFORMATION ENTERED ONTO THE PATRIOT SYSTEM IS OWNED AND CONTROLLED BY PATRIOT. 4. SIGNINGS WERE COMPLETED MINUTES CONT. 5. NEW BUSINESS THE BOARD VOTED 3-0 TO GO INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION AT 8:10PM. VOTED 3-0 TO ABATE APPLICATION 4131 (VOICE VOTE) VOTED 3-0 TO ABATE APPLICATION #132 (VOICE VOTE) VOTED 3-0 TO ABATE APPLICATION #142 (VOICE VOTE) THE BOARD ADJOURNED FROM EXECUTIVE SESSION AT 8:40 PM. 6. GENERAL BUSINESS THE BOARD REVISITED THE SUMMARY OF ASSESSING OFFICE COST WHICH HAD BEEN DISCUSSED LAST WEEK. MR BOATWRIGHT ATTEMPTED TO CLARIFY MUCH OF THE SUMMARY DATA. FOLLOWING PROTRACTED DISCUSSION IT WAS DECIDED THAT MR BOATWRIGHT WOULD ATTEMPT TO RECALCULATE THE INFORMATION FOR THE TOWN OF READING USING PUBLICLY-AVAILABLE BUDGET INFORMATION LOCATED ON THE WEBSITES FOR VARIOUS SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES, AS WELL AS PERSONAL INTERVIEWS WITH OFFICIALS WITHIN THOSE COMMUNITIES.
