Mr. Parker stated ' that

In executive session the following votes were passed:

On motion of r. Connelly, seconded by Mr. Noyes, it was voted, that so
much of the subject `'":at'Uer o Article 2 as related to Public Welfare be also
referred to a later town meeting, These votes were passed as it was felt
t i t the Committee had not received sufficient information.
-Under Article 3,- elementary school building, on motion of :;?r. Sturges,
seconded by Mr. C11.`r'rell it was `TrJte to recommend construction of an elemental
school building and the acceptance of a federal grant o 08, 76.00, an

of 193% so that the loan shall be paid in not more than twenty years.

REPORT OF FINANCE COMMITTEE ON WARRANT FOR
SPECIAL TOWN MEETING OCTOBER 20, 1938
To the Citizens:
The Finance Committee reports as follows :
Article 1. To hear and act on the reports
of Town Officers and special committees and
to see what instructions, if any, shall be given
Town Officers and special Committees.
Article 2. To see if the town will vote to Recommend appropriation of $35,000.00, as fol-

Article 5. To see what sum the Town will Recommend appropriation of $1500.00 from un-
vote to appropriate from available funds and expended balance in School Dept, Salaries Acct,
transfer to School Department Maintenance and transfer to School Dept. Maint. Account.

Article 6. To see if the Town will vote
to place upon the official ballot used for the
election of town officers at the next Annual
Town Meeting to be held on March 6, 1939,
the following question:-
"Shall the Zoning By-law be amended by
striking out said Zoning By-law with all
amendments and additions thereto and es-
tablish under the authority of Section 25 of
Chapter 40 of the General haws, as amended,
the Zoning By-law hereinafter set forth?"
