lh.e meeting was called to order at 7.05 P.M. by the Chairman. The record,
of the meetings of January 27th and Feb
minor changes. 3rd were read and approved after
Attention having been called to the fact that the amount for Street
Lighting in the estimate of the Light Department approved at the last meeting
was $15,000.00 the original estimate being 1114,500,00, it was voted to re-
consider the vote of February 3rd. On motion of Mr, Sturges, seconded by
Mr. ;7o1,es it was voted to approve the Light Department estimate which in-
cluded" 11,500.00 for Street Lighting.
The Chairman announced that information had been requested regarding
W. .A. Materials, more especially as to the quantities issued to various
projects, and presented, a report compiled by the Sponsor's Agent, Mr. Bryant,
shoving the amount of materials furnished for various projects carried on in
1936. It was the consensus of opinion that a more thorough check of
materials should be carried out and it was suggested that the Chairman take
this matter up with the Board of Selectmen.
The Committee then discussed the traffic signal system and also the
two way radio included in the Police Department estimate,
'he 1937 budgets were then taken up and the following amounts were
approved to be recommended to the annual meeting:
