The meeting convened at 7:30 p.m. in the Town Hall Berger Room, 16 Lowell Street, Reading,
Massachusetts. Present were Chairman Ben Tafoya, Richard McDonald, Human Resources
Administrator Carol Roberts and Town Manager Peter Hechenbleikner.
The Committee was not called to order because there was not a quorum. However, they had
appointments for interviews and they began the interviews.
At approximately 8:15 p.m., Selectman Richard Schubert joined the meeting.
On motion by Schubert seconded by McDonald, the Committee voted to go into Executive
Session for the purpose of interviewing candidates for the Town Accountant position. On a
roll call vote, all three members voted in the affirmative and the motion was carried.
