Present to discuss potential, partial demolition. Intends to convert current retail space to new retail use. House built c. 1830 and probably Research age of 258 Main St moved to current location. RHC stated preference extension that building remain intact and explained demo delay bylaw and how it would apply, even to a partial demolition. AD questioned whether extension is considered art of historic structure. After last meeting VA, RS, AB & KG toured property.
