ZBA meeting is Letter VA KG Organ scheduled regarding this property on 1/20. VA suggested a letter from RHC , be sent to ZBA with background information regarding this project. RPL RPL expansion committee came to explain some of the proposed architectural changes to the current building. Discussed physical changes to Letter of Expansion interior and exterior along with the required contents of letter of support from support to KG RHC Committee RHC to RPL by 1/21. Library Committee will submit Grant Application by the end of the month. 320 KG has been notified that the builder, Evner Natareno, and the architect, Haverhill St Robert Rodier, have met to discuss front door renovations but details not yet finalized. Rodier will send sketches and details when the are available. Hearing called to order at 8:30, Legal Notice printed in paper was read. Rick Carter (RC) wants to demo building, but is willing to have structure moved. He has no plans at the moment because there is no buyer. VA spoke of the building's significance. Demo Application submitted meets the requirements 258 Main St of the RHC. RC agreed to accept assistance from RHC to market properties discussed possibility of partial demolition of later ells allowing for an earl release. Voted 5-0.
