KG has been notified that the builder, Evner Natareno, and the architect,

Robert Rodier, have met to discuss front door renovations but details not yet
finalized. Rodier will send sketches and details when the are available.
Hearing called to order at 8:30, Legal Notice printed in paper was read. Rick
Carter (RC) wants to demo building, but is willing to have structure moved.
He has no plans at the moment because there is no buyer. VA spoke of the
building's significance. Demo Application submitted meets the requirements

delayed for up to 12 months. RC agreed to accept assistance from RHC to

allowing for an earl release. Voted 5-0.
