A memo to the Redraft Organ ZBA to be delivered to Maureen Knight (MK) by tomorrow for inclusion in ZBA memo, send KG packet for the 1/20 meeting. to MK MHC MHC has agreed to scan our current copies of inventory sheets that have Review 2 of been revised since originally submitted. KG and VA already identified Forms mark- forms Inventory that had revisions on their front pages. Page 2 of Forms must be reviewed for " " , up, deliver to KG Forms revisions, and all must be marked Updated 2003 by RHC and delivered to MHC MHC. KG is still waiting for revised work plan from Rodier (architect). In the mean 320 time, RHC received a request from the VNA to approve the building permit Review Haverhill St they had applied for. Once Rodier's plan is received and reviewed against the Rodier letter, KG permit application, the RHC will give sign-off to Building Inspector to issue sign-off to BI permit. KG contacted Rick Carter (RC) to let him know Sumi Sinnatamby has been contacted by RS regarding selling property, and that she will be contacting him. KG also suggested that the correct city and state be listed in the current check in w/ 258 Main St ad. RC is putting effort into selling the main block for preservation. AI RC for current KG Coulliard is interested in the property without the structure. He is aware there status is a 12 month demo delay currently in effect. VA asked about placing an article in the paper about the historical and architectural significance. RHC thought it would be best to wait a bit. Library Letter Reviewed draft of the support letter for the library grant expansion project. Revise letter and submit to KG KG is awaiting input from Ruth Urell. Ruth Urell Building Inspector has been in contact with owner, Matt Roman, who agreed contact Building 33 Salem to close up house and have a foundation poured. He needs a permit to pour inspector KG St. foundation.
