SEPTEMBER 28, 2010
MEETING WAS CALLED TO ORDER AT 7:00 P.M.
IN ATTENDANCE
MR FRED A. MCGRANE, MR RALPH A. COLORUSSO, MR ROBERT I.
NORDSTRAND, MS PATRICIA SULLIVAN AND MR WILLIAM
BOATWRIGHT.
1. APPOINTMENTS WERE NONE.
2. MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING/S
SEPTEMBER 16, 2010 APPROVED 3-0 AS AMENDED
SEPTEMBER 23, 2010 - APPROVED 3-0 AS AMENDED
3. TOWN APPRAISER'S REPORT
MR BOATWRIGHT REPORTED THAT CERTAIN
REVALUATION CERTIFICATION INFORMATION HAD BEEN
PROVIDED TO SCOTT SANTANGELO AND THAT THE
BALANCE OF THE INFORMATION WILL BE PROVIDED BY
THE END OF THE WEEK.
MR BOATWRIGHT INFORMED THE BOARD THAT HE
BRIEFED MR SANTANGELO ON CERTAIN DEVELOPMENT
ISSUES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE REZONING
OF SOUTHERN MAIN STREET PARCELS FOR WHICH MR
SANTANGELO TOOK THE NEW PROPOSED ZONING MAP AS
WELL AS THE PROPOSED REVALUATION OF THE JOHNSON
WOODS DEVELOPMENT.

3. TOWN APPRAISER'S REPORT CONT.
MR BOATWRIGHT REPORTED THAT MS SULLIVAN HAD
PREPARED A MASTER LIST CONTAINING ALL RELEVANT
DATA FOR ALL RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES IN READING. A
SAMPLE OF THE INFORMATION WAS SHARED WITH THE
BOARD.
MR BOATWRIGHT DISTRIBUTED A GRID DETAILING THE
INCREMENTED LAND VALUES OF VARIOUS LOT SIZES IN
VARIOUS RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOODS IN THE TOWN OF
READING.
4. SIGNINGS WERE COMPLETED.
5. NEW BUSINESS NONE NOTED
6. GENERAL BUSINESS
REVIEWED THE RRC PERSONAL PROPERTY REPORTS.
MR COLORUSSO PURSUED THE POSSIBILITY OF PURSUING
COLLECTION ACTIVITIES AGAINST CONDOMINIUM
ASSOCIATIONS FOR CELL PHONE TOWERS ON THE ROOFS
OF CONDOMINIUM BUILDINGS.
