IN ATTENDANCE MR RALPH A. COLORUSSO, MR ROBERT I. NORDSTRAND, MR FRED A. MCGRANE & MR WILLIAM BOATWRIGHT. 1. APPOINTMENTS WERE NONE. 2. MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING/S DECEMBER 28, 2010 - APPROVED 3-0 AS READ. 3. TOWN APPRAISER'S REPORT MR BOATWRIGHT REPORTED THAT MR LELACHEUR REPORTED THAT SCOTT MORRISON'S POSITION WILL NOT BE REPLACED. MR BOATWRIGHT REPORTED THAT MR LELACHEUR VOLUNTEERED THAT OTHER STAFF CUTS AND/OR LAYOFFS ARE IMMINENT WITH TOWN HALL. DISCUSSIONS ENSUED WITH THE POTENTIAL PROBLEMS OF GOING THROUGH THE ANTICIPATED CAMA CONVERSION WITH ONE LESS STAFF PERSON (SCOTT MORRISON). THE BOARD REVIEWED THE REVISED FY2012 BUDGET WHICH WAS DISTRIBUTED BY MR BOATWRIGHT. THE BOARD DISCUSSED THE BENEFITS OF MAKING A "STRONG PITCH" TO THE BOARD OF SELECTMAN AT THE JANUARY y 18 TH MEETING REGARDING THE PROPOSED BUDGET CUTS. MINUTES CONT. 3. TOWN APPRAISER'S REPORT CONT. MR BOATWRIGHT REPORTED THAT THE TOWN HAS TO GAIN ACCESS TO APPROXIMATELY 1,400 SINGLE FAMILY HOMES OVER THE NEXT 3 YEARS IN ORDER TO REMAIN ON TARGET FOR THE 9 YEAR REVALUATION CYCLE. MR BOATWRIGHT DISTRIBUTED A COPY OF PENDING ATB CASES. HOWEVER, THE INFORMATION COULD NOT BE "MATCHED-UP" TO THE DOLLARS THAT THE TOWN HAD ALLOCATED FOR EACH YEAR IN QUESTION. ALL AGREED THAT IT WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE THE INFORMATION RECONCILED BEFORE THE MEETING WITH THE BOARD OF SELECTMAN ON JANUARY 18Tx 4. SIGNINGS WERE COMPLETED 5. NEW BUSINESS THERE WAS BRIEF DISCUSSION REGARDING THE RFP FOR THE CAMA CONVERSION. HOWEVER, MR BOATWRIGHT EXPRESSED CONCERN WITH IMPLEMENTING THE CONVERSION WITH LIMITED STAFFING. MR COLORUSSO OFFERED A MOTION TO PUBLISH THE RFP FOR THE NEW CAMA SOFTWARE ON OR BEFORE FEBRUARY 1, 2011. MR MCGRANE 2ND THE MOTION WHICH WAS UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED. MINUTES CONT. 6.
