MEETING WAS CALLED TO ORDER AT 7:00 P.M.
IN ATTENDANCE
MR RALPH A. COLORUSSO, MR ROBERT I. NORDSTRAND, MR
FRED A. MCGRANE, MR WILLIAM BOATWRIGHT & MS PATRICIA
SULLIVAN.
1. APPOINTMENTS - MR LELACHEUR JOINED THE MEETING AT 7:05PM
AND BRIEFED THE BOARD ON THE STATE OF THE
BUDGET FOR THE TOWN OF READING FOR THE NEXT
3 YEARS AND PROVIDED SOME COMMENTS AND
INSIGHT AS TO THE POTENTIAL IMPACT ON A
NUMBER OF DEPARTMENTS WITHIN THE TOWN.
2. MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING/S
JANUARY 18,2011 - APPROVED 3-0 AS READ.
3. TOWN APPRAISER'S REPORT
MR BOATWRIGHT REPORTED THAT HE HAS NOT RECEIVED
ANY RESPONSE FROM THE ATB REGARDING OUTSTANDING
CASES.
THE TOWN HAS RECEIVED 84 APPLICATIONS FOR
ABATEMENT.
MR BOATWRIGHT REPORTED THAT MR LELACHEUR HAS
YET TO REVIEW THE RFP FOR CAMA VENDOR.

MOTION TO CLOSE EXECUTIVE SESSION BY RALPH
COLORUSSO AND FRED MCGRANE SECONDED IT -
APPROVED.
