Case # 10-16 A Public Hearing on the petition of Gibraltar Pools Corporation (James Yoshizawa) who seeks a Variance under Section 4.8 / 4.8.6.1.9 / 4.8.6.1.10 of the zoning bylaws in order to install an above-ground pool on the property located at 64 Dividence Road in Reading, MA. This property is located in an Aquifer Protection District. The proposed pool increases the lot coverage from 22.73% to 26.07%. Maximum lot coverage of 20% is allowed if an acceptable recharge system is installed. On a motion by Jeffrey Perkins, seconded by Kristen Cataldo, the Zoning Board of Appeals moved to accept the letter submitted by the Applicant to continue the hearing to the next scheduled meeting on December 2, 2010 in expectation of having a full Board of five members present. The vote was 4-0-0 (Perkins, Redfern, Cataldo, Petschek). Other Business: Discussion of internal memoranda On a motion by Robert Redfern, seconded by Jeffrey Perkins, the Zoning Board of Appeals resolves that they authorize, empower and direct the Chairman of the ZBA to coordinate and approve any distribution of internal memoranda or correspondence to applicants in advance of a ZBA hearing. The vote was 4-0-0 (Perkins, Redfern, Cataldo, Petschek). ZBA Meeting, November 18, 2010 1 Minutes On a motion by Jeffrey Perkins, seconded by Kristen Cataldo, the Zoning Board of Appeals moved to accept the minutes of October 7, 2010 as amended. The vote was 3-0-0 (Perkins, Redfern, Cataldo). On a motion by Jeffrey Perkins, seconded by Robert Redfern, the Zoning Board of Appeals moved to accept the minutes of October 21, 2010. The vote was 2-0-0 (Perkins, Redfern). On a motion by Robert Redfern, seconded by Jeffrey Perkins, the Zoning Board of Appeals moved to accept the minutes of November 4, 2010 with changes. The vote was 4-0-0 (Perkins, Redfern, Cataldo, Petschek). Adjournment On a motion by Kristen Cataldo, seconded by Jeffrey Perkins, the Zoning Board of Appeals moved to adjourn the meeting.
