The Reading Contributory Retirement Board held a meeting on March 24, 1999, Conference
Room, Town Hall, Reading, Massachusetts.
Meeting called to order @ 9:10 A.M.
Minutes from previous meeting(s) modified and accepted. Minutes will be signed at next board
meeting.
Approved new membership for:

to PERAC".
Approved reelection of Henry Boissoneau as I sr elected member.
Reviewed letter from PERAC concerning Paul K. Sheridans' evaluation to determine if he is
able to perform the essential duties of his former position. Mr. Sheridans' written inquiry into
returning to work prompted the evaluation.
Reviewed invitation to PRIM Client Conference. The conference is being held at Bentley
College on Wednesday, May 26, 8:30am to 2:00pm with Abby Joseph Cohen as the keynote
speaker.
Changed May 26, 1999 board meeting to May 25, 1999, due to conflict with PRIM Client
Coq ference.
Reviewed invitation to the Segal Company Roundtable Discztssion, which has been rescheduled
to Thursday, April 8`h
Vincent Zaccardi will not be able to replace Stephen Mitchell as a board member due to the
numerous inquisitions from his employer, Merrill Lynch.
Meeting adjourned 10:25 A.M.
