Meeting called to order at 6:05 P.M. Minutes from May 27, 1999 meeting were read and accepted. Minutes from April 22, 1999 meeting were signed by board members. John Louanis has not responded to the certified letter I sent him concerning the Option C Pop-up benefit, which he is due. His son signed for the letter. Approved the request from Donald McGillicuddy for the allowance of creditable service from Reading. He worked for Reading: 1956 DPW $1.20 per hour for 12 weeks and 1959 Recreation Department $1.30 (est) per hour for 9 weeks. The board continued its discussion about drafting regulations for pro-rating part-time service and terms of payment for military buyback. Reviewed "PERAC Memo Summary".
