Meeting called to order at 4:05 P.M. Minutes from June 23, 1999 meeting were read and accepted. Minutes from May 27, 1999 meeting were signed by board members. Total refund plus interest is $419.73. PERAC has requested annual pension, annuity amounts and regular compensation that would have been payable to accidental disability retiree Richard Mullen.
