The Reading Contributory Retirement Board held a meeting on October 13, 1999 Accounting
Office, Town Hall, Reading, Massachusetts.
Meeting called to order at 6:00 P.M.
Kathy Riley from The Segal Company discussed the July 1, 1999 actuarial valuation results.
The Actuarial Valuation and Review draft will be revised and sent out around October 18, 1999.
Joseph Lamonica has not responded to the 2 letters sent to him requesting information
concerning his dependant daughter. A certified letter will be mailed on October 14,1999
informing him that his dependant allowance will cease with the November 1999 pension check if
he does not respond.
The following vouchers were signed and approved:
Voucher #77 Rosamond Cotter mileage and train $40.94
#78 Loretta Milot Option B Refund $19,017.31
On October 14, 1999 affidavits will go out to the following noncontributory retirees:
Louis Baciglupo
John Beaudoin
Alfred Burbine
Stella Hawkes
Ernest Watson
Meeting adjourned 7:30 P.M.
Present: Boissoneau, Foley, Klepeis, Seferian and Cotter.
