HomeMy WebLinkAbout1999-10-20 Retirement Board Minutest The Reading Contributory Retirement Board held a meeting on October 20. 1999 Accounting Office, Town Hall, Reading, Massachusetts. w Meetinu called to order at 6:00 P.M. Minutes from September 22, 1999 and October 13, 1999 meetings were read and accepted. Minutes from August 24, 1999 meeting were signed by board members. Reviewed corrected list of members who work part time and members who have breaks in service. The Board continued it discussion on the Proposed Supplementary Regulations concerning membership, military bzryback & pro-rating part-time service. The changes to the Proposed Supplementary Regulations will be added for review at the next board meeting. This benefit is now terminated because she was remarried on September 25, 1999. A `Retiree Current Information Form' was filled out by the Retirement Administrator for Dennis White and Dennis Farrell, both on an accidental disability. PERAC will review their files within the next 3 months and determine if a `Comprehensive Medical Examination' is necessary.
