The meeting was called to order at 6:35 p.m. by Chairperson Gladys Cail.
Minutes of November 14, 1994, meeting were moved by Dottye Foxon and seconded by Mary
Andreola. 6-0-0
Financial report was presented to the members. The EOEA Formula Grant check has been
received. The salaries of the Coordinator of Volunteers and the Shopping Coordinator are
covered by the EOEA grant.
The Director's report was accepted by the members. Bond reported on the Triad conference
which develops relationships between senior citizens and police departments. Meetings will be
held with various senior groups and senior housing residents to explain the Triad program.
Distribution plans were reviewed for the 50 Christmas basket and 24 plated dinners. Members
Andreola, Hakanson, and Foxon will help with delivery.
1995 goals were revisited including outreach efforts and health concerns.
Mary Mundjer will collect plants from Good Shepherd Church fair for distribution by the staff.
Meeting adjourned at 7:40 p.m.
