Minutes to Meeting
November 1, 1993
Members Present: Jim Keigley, George Thompson, Mark Huber, Bill
Murphy and Vic Petri
The members of the subcommittee and the Town Manager met at
7:OOPM at the Reading Library and received a tour of the building
from Deirdre Hanley and Ted McIntyre. The tour primarily focused
on he items which have been specifically requested on the
Lib ary's Project request form.
Aft r the tour the subcommittee met in the second floor story
roo . The meeting was officially called to order at 8:30PM. The
sub ommittee discussed the projects requested by the library
department. The subcommittee agreed that further discussion and
infomation was required to make an informed recommendation on
therrrequest for Noble access expansion. The subcommittee agreed
to meet with representatives of the data processing department on
Monday November 8th to gather more information on the Library's,
as well as other, information technology purchase requests.
The meeting adjourned at approximately 9:OOPM.
