PRESENT: JIM KEIGLEY, GEORGE THOMPSON, MARK HUBER, BILL
MURPHY AND TOWN MANAGER PETER HECHENBLEIKNER.
Absent: Victor Petri
The meeting convened at 7:20pm. The minutes of November
29th were approved on a motion by George Thompson and
seconded by Bill Murphy. Voted 4-0-0.
Peter picked up where he left off at the November 29th
meeting with the ten year Capital Improvement Program.
Bill Murphy inquired as to what percent of capital expen-
ditures related to schools and what percent to the municipal
side of the government. Peter replied that he would have to
research the answers.

George Thompson presented an iu=~~n of 38 points
to the subcommittee and Peter. It was agreed that we would
go over these 38 questions at the next meeting. George also
volunteered to supply samples of graphics to be used in
future presentations. Mark commented to the fact that our
presentations should be brief and concise. George suggested
we present to Town Meeting the process used in the prep-
aration and review of the Capital Budget.
The meeting adjourned at 8:55pm with the idea that we
would come to the next meeting , 20th Dec. 93, prepared
with suggestions, comments, and conclusions to complete the
preliminary report.
