The meeting convened at 7:30 pm. in the small meeting room of the town Library.
The committee elected George Thompson Chairman and Jim Keigley Vice Chairman. Both
were elected by a vote of 5-0-0.
The Town Manager, Peter Hechenbleikner, then went over the FY95 Capital Plan
line by line as to introduce the plan to the three new members. Future projects were also
introduced. A general discussion session with questions and answers continued for better
than hour. The subject of future site visits came up such as the Police Station and Wood
End Cemetery.
It was decided that the next meeting would be held on Thursday the 28th of Sept.
The meeting will convene at 7:30pm at the Reading Police Station. At 8:30 the meeting
will move to the Conference Room of the Town Hall.
The meeting adjourned at 9:25pm.
