through 21, including proposed adjustments of boundary lines to
conform to lot lines, center of streets or center of railroad
tracks wherever possible.

Draft #lA including provisions for new Zoning Mapand renaming
residence districts.
Urban Redevelo ment Corp. - Cedar Glen
A letter from McNeil and Associates received requesting that
the Board re-open the Public Hearing on Cedar Glen Project, ori-
ginally held in April 1978, so they could more fully address the
issue of "open blighted". The Board- voted unanimously-to. so re-
open the hearing, conditional upon Town Counsel's opinion that
we can legally do so. September 7, 1978 was selected as the'_
date of the hearing and Mr. Mayerson was authorized to make ne-
cessary arrangements.
Mandatory Referral
Draft 1, dated 7/10/78, discussed by the Board. Draft was
tabled until the next meeting for further discussion and a review
of a statement of our overall intent in ';;th.is dra f t,,_ to be prep I ared
by Mr. Mayerson.
Nonconforming Lots
Draft dated 7/18/78 reviewed. Section b of draft,.which,.con-
tains 80% of minimum lot requirement standard is debatable from
a legal point of view and perhaps "arbitrary". Board will discuss
further how to best cope with problems of lots held in common
ownership.

Members voted to continue indefinitely new proceedures with
regard to reporting of correspondence.
Potential Zoning Amendment - Salem St.
Mr. Mayerson reported on his contacts with the representa-
tives of the owner of_land on Salem St., which is being consider-
ed as the site for a nursing home, and the status of a proposed
zoning amendment which may be completed and submitted for con-
sideration of Town Meeting in -thefall..
