This committee requests that a buffer zone for this new construction be required. The secretary will send a letter to the Board of Survey, the. Building Inspector and the Police Safety officer requesting that they review their responsibility in this matter and respond to the Board within the next 10 days. A copy of this letter will be sent to TASC and to Mr. Donald Neary of the West Side Citizens Committee. Upon a motion duly made and seconded the Board voted to adjourn at 9:40 P.M. m Respectfully submitted, John Zorabedian, Jr. Record of Activity of February 4, 1980. Mr. B: Mitchel and Mr. J. Zorabedian;were in attendance on Monday evening in Room 19, 52. Sanborn Street (the Community Center). Due to a lack of quorum, no regularly scheduled business transpired. Mr. Zorabedian submitted the approved action form to the Personnel Board for approval by that Board. Two residents, Mr. and Mrs. Aram A. Boornazian of 9 Harold Avenue were referred to the Planning Board by the Board of Selectmen. They issued a formal complaint with the Secretary and Mr. Zora- bedian about the. operation of two businesses: which are being operated by Mr. Fred Boni at 116 Van Norden. Road. They allege that these operations are illegal as they drastically affect the character of the neighborhood. A meeting was scheduled with them for Monday, February 11, 1980 at 8:30 P.M. so that they could discuss this matter with the Board. The meeting was called to order at 7:30 P.M. in Room 19, 52 Sanborn Street (the Community Canter) by Chairman Sturm with B. Mitchel, G. Paynter and E. Childress present. Correspondence Mail was reviewed. A letter from Mass. Historical Commission is to be forwarded to the Reading Historical Committee for their review.
