At a meeting of the Board of Directors held can January
1E, 1991, it was:
VOTED: To accept the Minutes of the Meeting of the
Corporation which was held November 28, 1997.
VOTED: To accept the Financial Report showing a
balance of $12,841.64.
VOTED: . To take $5,000 from the Checking/Saving
Account and move it into a Certificate of Deposit for a
period of one year.
VOTED: To allow the 350th, Inc. to proceed with the
purchase of another 13 dozen Tee Shirts.
The next meeting of Reading's 350th, Inc. will be held
February 19, 1991, Tuesday, at 7:00 PM. Place: TEA
Adjourned.

I. CALL TO ORDER
After some discussion as to whether the meeting should be
held due to the outbreak of war in the Middle East this
evening, Paul.Sweeney called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM.
II. MINUTES OF-TIHE PREVIOUS MEETING - November 8, 1990
It was voted to accept the Minutes of the last meeting of the
Corporation with the three pages of revisions included as
provided by the secretary.
III. COMMUNICATIONS
Several donations have come in. We got the matching gift
from New England Telephone matching Ed Palmer's gift.
We also received a request for "It Happened On Haven Street"
from Mrs. Brenda Gardiner.

V. OLD BUSINESS
A. Tee Shirts
Tee Shirts were put on sale at Reading Trophy and Eugene's.
10 Around the 15th of December Paul received a call that they
had run out of adult sizes. Now, after Christmas buying is
over, people are coming back to exchange gift Tee Shirts for
different sizes. We sold all adult sizes but still have
1 quite a few youth sizes left.

Paul asked whether we might incorporate a Havers Street Tour
can, perhaps, Charter Day, maybe ending up at the Parker
Tavern. We could use the postcards and "It Happened On Havers
Street" as a jumping off point.
