IV. ED PALMER'S COMMENTS
Each member of our Committee received a letter of summary
from former member, Ed Palmer, containing suggestions and
criticism of the progress we have made. Furthermore, Ed
addressed the Historical Commission on August 6, 1991
summarizing his term on this Committee. He delivered an
audio tape of this address to Alan Foulds and a transcript of
the same was distributed to each Committee member. A letter
replying to Ed will be drafted by Susan Horn who will present
it to this Committee at the next meeting. This will be done
in deference to the time he spent summarizing his version of
the past two years as well as to correct factual errors he
presented.
