Trolley Tours
Some members of the Historical Commission made a brief appearance
and asked whether or not one additional trolley trip at 4:30

mentioned on the tour has not been figured. On motion of Cathy
Quimby, it was voted to extend the hours of the trolley tour by
adding one run at 4:30. On motion of Everett Blodgett, it was
voted that money raised by sale of trolley tours may be used by
the Historical Commission to cover their expenses in conjunction
with the trolley tour.

Parade
The reviewing stand will be supplied by the State. The Parade
Committee will discuss opening a stand to sell soda at the
starting point of the parade because of the large number of
marchers who will be present. There are 99 units in the parade.
Jubileve
Over 400 buttons were sold on May Day. All vendors at Food Court
will need temporary licenses from Health Department. The Board
of Health will be meeting on May 12 and would entertain
discussion about waiving the $15 fee. Moynihan Lumber's band
will appear in the parade and also in Jubileve, but they might
need electricity to appear on the Common.
Lecture Series
This is not being sponsored by Elder Services.
Reading Day
Paul needs an additional $400 beyond the original sum
appropriated. Paul will meet with the RMLD regarding electrical
power for the sound systems. On motion of Everett Blodgett,
seconded by Ellen Stanton, it was voted to authorize Paul to
spend an additional $400 above his previously-budgeted amount.
Other
Cathy reported the cost of a Town flag for the State House Hall
of Flags would be $439, and could be considered if we have money
left.
