timing in setting up because work cannot be performed after 10
p.m. on Thursday. The Town Manager will be asked to review the
timetable and restrictions. Volunteer stage hands would be
helpful for that evening.
Officials' Ribbons
Mary must order these ribbons by tomorrow morning for pickup on
May 27. On motion of Alan Foulds, it was voted to order 200
badges.
Trolley Tours
The cost of adding another run for each trolley would be $100
each or $200. On motion of Shirley Buzderewicz, it was voted to
add two more trolley runs at $100 each.
Accommodations for Visitors from England
Ed Palmer needs to find host homes for visitors. On motion of
Mary Williams, it was voted that the 350th Committee fax a letter
to the Evening Post of Reading, England, explaining that although
we appreciate their generous offer, the Committee is unable to
officially take on this project only a few weeks before the
celebration period; but they are certainly welcome to continue
their contact with Ed Palmer and perhaps he can privately arrange
for host families for contest winners.

Last Thursday, the book went to the binder in Concord, NH. It
