February 8, 1990
The February 8th meeting was held in the small conference room
at the Town [tali. Those present were Paul Kelley, Dick Dempster,
Chris Vaccaro, Mollie Ziegler, Peg Plansky, Rill Denhard. Adrienne
McMahon arrivedat 8:30. The meeting; began at 7:30 p.m.

18, 1990. The motion was seconded and carried by a (-0 vote.
General discussion followed about the Community Reinvestment Act,
particularly concerning; what local hanks can do. Local hanks
can use M.H.F.A. money for first time home buyers but a community
group has to apply. We also acknowledged the need to have a clear
definition of family.

carried by a 7-0 vote.
Peg Plansky and Dick Dempster offered to write up a policy
statement of the committee's goals to be used as a basis by
the committee in formulating a policy statement agreed on by
all the committee. They also agreed to put together information
about setting up a lottery, outreach strategies, (Iefinin . a family
unit and other pertinent materials. You should have received a
packet of this information in the mail.
Robert Jenkins of the Mass. Housing Partnership will be present
at our next meeting. We have also invited Joanne Grave,
Executive Director of the Manchester (lousing Partnership to
address our committee.
