Old Business
J. Fallon brought up an overdue bill from the Reading Light
Dept. for the lighted softball field. He said lights would be
shut off July 17, 1990 if bill were not paid. After researching
why it was billed to Recreation now when it had never been
before, it was found that RML had taken out all lighting that was
not for street lights out of the Street Light Account. Ted McIn-
tire was going to meet with RML about this since it was going to
effect all the fields with lights. DPW would probably go to the
Finance Committe for emergency funding since no departments had
extra money.
Discussion also followed on the watering for the softball fields.
DPW has discontinued service due to lack of staff; also the
sprinkler system could be damaged.
Move to adjourn at 9:58.
