Members present; Ed Murphy, Dolores Carroll, Nils Nordberg and Phil Pactno
7:41 Meeting called to order in the Employees' Lounge of Town Hall
The committee reviewed thedraft received back from the Town Clerk's office
of Article 1 of the recodied bylaws. The committee during its review discussed
the issue of spacing.
Minutes #147 were approved by a vote of 3-0-1
Chairman Murphy reviewed Article 31 of the Annual Town Meeting with the committee.
He stated that he had spoken to Jim Nugent of the Board of Health on the purpose
ofthe Article and stated that Mr. Nugent said the article would core€orm the
fee chargefor to State reguirementa.
