ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
MINUTES MARCH 21, 1991

A meeting of the Zoning hoard of Appeals was held in the
Selectmen's Meeting Room of the `.'own Hall, 16 Lowell Street,
'reading, llvlA at 7 300 P.M.
The first hearing was the continuation of the public hearing
on the ;petition of Henry Higgott. Mr. Tucker read a. letter
from Mr. Hi ggott ` s attorney asking that the hearing be further
continued until the Board's next meeting. The letter also
granted the Board a waiver of time from the 100 day time period.
At 7 z Opt P.M. Mr. Ja_re fla :roved to continue the subject fcatter
of this hearing until April 4, 1991 at 7:00 P.M. Ardith Wi eworka
seconded and the motion gassed with a vote of 4-0.

The next hearing was on the petition of Mobil Coil Corporation,
One New England Business Center Drive, Andover, MA who sought
a Variance under Section 5.2.3 of the Zoning Tay-Laws to allow
for the construction of a canopy on the property located on
(2-41, Two-Four West Street, 'heading, MA.
Mr. James Senior, representing the applicant, then stated that
they would like to withdraw the petition without prejudice.
At 7:07 P.M. Mr. Jarema moved to accept the request of the
petitioner to withdraw the petition without prejudice for a
Variance under Section 5.2.2 for the location at Two-Four West
Street, Reading, MA. Ardith: Wieworka seconded and the motion
passed with a vote of 3-0.
At 7:10 P.M. a motion was grade and seconded to adjourn and the
Board voted unanimously to do so.
