The Hoard discussed that CPDC should vote on the adequacy of the changes first. While doing this he had discovered that there was an old septic tank in the backyard which would have to be removed at great cost is he was to build the addition in the 'dac'e of the property. He also stated that the land sloped on both sides into the center of his yard and he would have to fill the yard to stop the drainage from ending up at the foundation of the new addition. He also stated that this would create water problems for his neighbors. Mr. jarema suggested to Mr. Micciche that he get.. measurements of the septic tan's as he would need more sufficient information before he went to CPDCO At 7.35 P.M. John Jarema moved to continue the hearing of Michael Micciche, 22 Spring vale Road, both the repetitive hearing and the request for a Variance to October 3 1991 at 7:00 in the Selectmen's 4Leeti 1, Room. Sally Niuzsche seconded and the motion passed with a vote of 3°0a At 7:40 P.M. the Board discussed with Mr. LeC ai e the neG-'€,''` to be supplied with a Certified Plot flan on all dimensional Variance and Special PE'?"T':'tit requests. it was discussed that c Mortgage Survey plan was not adequate. it was discussed that the Board would like to on all 8 dimensions. One from each corner of The Board also discussed that it would be a€?e Certified Plot Plan the proposed addition was 7 tree setbac.ks see the setbacks the structure uate if on a drawn in showing The Board discussed that maybe the instructions should be changed to stake it more clear that a Certified Ploy Plan is required. "re Coote felt that in some instances a Certified Plot Plan would not be neee'ed and would be a waste of the applicant's money. Ardith Wiewor a stated that it would be difficult to decide who would need a Certified Plot Plan and who would not She also felt that all applicants should be required to furnish the Board with needed materials. The Board decided to continue this discussion at another time to allow Board Me <bers time to thine about it.
