This was the continued he'e3.1"ing from June 18, 1992 on the petition of John and Linda Babine. The hearing was continued in order for the applicants to get a Certified Plot Plan, .,fir . The Bocar had granted the Variance but somehow the addition had been built 9.9 feet from the lot line. Mr. Bbine state& that requested it would be a financial hardship if they could not get the equity in the house. At 7:50 P.M.
