A meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals was held in the
Selectmen's Meeting Room of the Town Hall, 16 Lowell Street,
Reading, MA at 7:00 P.M.
This was the continued he'e3.1"ing from June 18, 1992 on the petition
of John and Linda Babine. The hearing was continued in order
for the applicants to get a Certified Plot Plan,

had requested a Variance to have an jition built 12 feet 1°=C`o'm
the lot line. The Bocar had granted the Variance but somehow
the addition had been built 9.9 feet from the lot line. He

discovered that the addition was about 10 feet from the lot

Mr. Jcarem stated t77.at there were two options: rehear the case
or alter the Variance with modifications, The Board discussed
the options and decided that the Variance could be modified.
At 7:50 P.M. Mr. Tucker moved to n nd the Variance Case
#1986-31 .t_C`.j.;= property located at La r v a r d Street now owned
by John and Linda Babine by amending the set back measurement
noted on page 3 iro.r> 12.0 fee` on the easterly side lot; line
to 9.9 and 10.1 as indicated on the Certified Plot Plan dated
