A meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's Meeting Room of the

The Public Hearing was a continuance from June 1, 1995 Case #95-7, on the petition of
Constance P. Timmerman who was seeking a Variance and/or Special Permit under Sections 5.1.2
and 6.3.3.3 of the Zoning ByLaws in order to construct an addition to a non-conforming single

6.2.3 of the Zoning ByLaws in order to erect a free standing sign on the property located at 413
Main Street in Reading, Massachusetts.
Aftcr discussion, it was decided that the hearing be continued to August 10, 1995 in order to give
the applicant more time to prepare the reasons why they thought the board should give them a
variance on the sign consistent with the requirements of Massachusetts General Laws and also
because the Board had some questions for Town Counsel on some of the wording in the Sign
ByLaws.
Nominations were held for Chairman and Vice-Chairman. By unanimous vote, John Coote is the
Chairman and Steve Tucker is the Vice-Chairman.
A motion was made and seconded to adjourn, and the board voted unanimously to do so.
