Sandberg O'Sullivan: Our delay order ends 10 January 1998, but we can vote to release earlier. Mr Vaccaro appears before the ZBA on 18 September. They make a ruling that rates 14 day delay plus another 14 days = 24 October if every thing goes smoothly. Mr Vaccaro could then start on 24 October. This Commission can release with conditions. Mr Vaccaro can accept and build or wait until 10 January 1998. We would release the demo order if we approved of his final design. Design to replicate the 1840 building at the present location. Exterior of clpaboards. Any structure in front of 1840 facade to be no higher than existing structure at street level. No higher than window sills of 1840 structure. RHC would recommend a set-back from Main Street of a new structure of 10 foot minimum. Motion: V. Adams; sec D. Expects to renovate and keep as 4 family. 1 Grove Street Meadowbrook Golf Club is considering tearing down the old house. Could they consider moving to another location?
