Mill Street citizens want our support on their attempt to make their street a "Scenic Road" Roberta made a r motion that we write a letter in support. Louise seconded the motion Vote: 3-0-0. 2. Motion made to accept plan c, passed 3-0-0. There will be no priority on either plan. Plan D. The intent is to apply the overlay to Sweetser Ave as a home for the Foster-Emerson House.
