Sherry Breyer-called town hall about joining the commission. 2. Phil Vaccarozs most recent letter arrived March-1-1. He is still- concerned about the actions of the commission. David will talk to Ted Cohen about the legal aspects about Mr. Vaccare'-s property staying onthe inventory..- 3. Mass. Historical-is asking-us-to art a-transfer tax to help affordable housing, open -spaces, and historic properties. ` 4. No action on Darold St property and the land at the corner of Main and South Streets. 5. We received a- grant of $1500-from the Preservatioir Trasttu make measured-drawings- of the-Foster- Emerson House. M ley is-doing the-drawings and has-asked ifthere were standards mat were required and in what form we wantedtire drawings The- conanissironfeels- computer- generatect drawings will be fine. The purposeofthedrawings is to recordthe historical,aspects-ofa property. He needs to bill us-in two-parts David will talkto-Phit to see exactly-what his drawings will give us. 6. Approval of amended minutes for 22 July 1997. coH+Jf 7. The-commission welcomes Clayto our body and ee e' h his hearing before the board of selectmen. 8. Col. Hoxie has-been doing measured drawings of the Damon -house. Renovation of the -house is nearing completion. - 9. M.F. Charles pictures are nearly completed. The Reading Antiquanafr Society may be able- to- lend some money to- help with the moving- of the Foster-Emerson house. The cohmiission will need to develop the guidelines to protect the mouse. Tbe -bids fvr-the-Grave St. lot-must be-entered-in the state7register3 weeks in advance This Wwoaldbe- approved by the Board of Selectmen next week. April 14t` would be the bid date. The bids would-be reviewed on the 21-st. Possible closing for the lot would beMay V. June I' would-be a best ease move date. Possibly this -might take -another mouth. This time frame is being presented to the Meadow Brook Golf Course-meeting tonight. Hopefully vie-will get a-response in the near future. The specifications-of-the house were listed andareto-be prepared-by David 12. The next Patriot's Day walk will-be-scheduled-for April 19 at 1:00.
