1. Minutes for June 2nd approved as amended. Louise is asked to sign them from
now on.
2. Treasurer's report-Commission members signed a warrant to pay the following:
Redstone Camera $47.43; Lawrence Sorli-$180. There is $253.75 in the account.
3. Mrs. Sidelinker arrived with information about her plans and prospective
contractors, pointing out their intention in particular to use Sylvester Movers to move
the house. Sylvester says he can try to move the chimney.
4. Virginia sent a letter for support for an award for Bill McLaughlin.
5. David says that Peter Heckenbleichner has not returned numerous phone calls.
The town manager is in the middle of negotiating with the Sidelinkers, but this part of
the process is not a concern to the commission.
6. Covenants: The commission spent the majority of the evening correcting and
amending the covenants that had been drafted by Clay. Clay will make the
corrections and Virginia will deliver the final copy to the Sidelinkers. The preamble
and covenant/restrictions for the Foster-Emerson House as drafted were approved 4-
0-1 by the commission. It was also agreed by the commission to give a copy of said
covenants to the Board of Selectmen and the Sidelinkers.
