Permit and a Determination of Flooding and Suitability under Section(s) 4.4.4./4.5.5.of the Zoning By-
Laws in order to permit the use of land in a Flood Plain District for single-family dwellings on the property

back from the Board of Health to receive a date on their agenda.

about the time frame involved and had Attorney Ciccatelli sign a waiver of time form which extended to
April 2, 1998.
