Comprehensive Permit -_Horizon Homes The Board briefly discussed their position on the development of this project. The site is less than ideally suited for such a development and thus the wetlands/floodplain area may have serious consequences in regard to groundwater, settling; safety and traffic issues are of serious concern to the Planning Board as well as the impact on the neighborhood from such a high density use on this small, dead-end street. Also discussed was the fact that as stated by representatives of the Congregational Church they are going to apply for Ch. 121 tax abatement. The Board is aware of concerns expressed by BPW, Selectmen and Conservation Commission. Upon a motion duly made and seconded, the Board adjourned to COA meeting room at 8:05 PM for the comprehensive permit hearing. R---------- BJM
